Catherine Straubinger is a Supreme Court–approved mediator in both Missouri and Illinois with a Master's degree in Counseling and years of experience facilitating hundreds of mediations across civil, workplace, family, community, and education matters.

Before founding Straub Resolution Group, Catherine served in a mediation and program leadership role at the Conflict Resolution Center of St. Louis , developing programs and supporting clients across a wide range of complex conflict situations.

That depth of experience on both sides of the table — as a mediator and as a counselor — is what makes this work different. Catherine understands exactly what attorneys need from their clients in a mediation session, and she knows how to get people there.
